After 3 separate visits, two for dine in and one to go, I am hooked. If you are a fan of carnitas, you need to try this place. We order the family deal of 1lb of carnitas. For two people, we ate plenty and had enough for the next day. For three people, we added a quesadilla and the tamal preparado (it's seasonal so get it if it's available!) and we were still stuffed. It's a very small location. Three tables. Not good for large groups. Parking is available across the street on the street. I recommend going after school hours in order to find parking easily.
Great carnitas tacos! Their Horchata drink was amazing. We came on Tuesday they have their tacos for 1.50. The service was great!
Great food! Tortas ahogadas are delicious here. Basically anything you order here is delicious. Come try it

YOU NEED TO TRY THIS PLACE! It was our first time here and thanks to TikTok we are so happy we came. Everything we ordered was amazing but you definitely need to try their corundas con carne!
I first tried their tamales de corundas during Christmas and loved them so much I had to tell my parents. They were excited to find out the restaurant was close to their place, so we had to check it out! The atmosphere was great--my mom especially enjoyed the music. We were also greeted with respect and a smile as soon as it was our turn to order. We ordered the birria plate, carnitas plate, tamal de corundas, rompope flan, and tamal de elote. To drink, we had the café de olla and their atole de tamarindo. Everything was full of flavor and felt like a true taste of home. Definitely a spot we'll be coming back to!
Restaurant is tiny with no parking lot. Prepare to park in the neighborhood. The food was great and pricing is good. I just wish the corunda was in a bigger bowl and not in a snack size plastic container. Other than that, the food is bomb. Burritos are $10!
Food was excellent. The carnitas were perfect. Highly recommended. Service was great. They were super friendly and greeted us from the moment we walked in. Ambiance is very chill and casual. They had great music playing, not to loud and we able to have a conversation. Parking is street parking only. Very clean and modern looking inside. The Jamaica was delicious, perfect sweetness.
Saw this place on foodie-tiktok. Little place just off Imperial by Lynwood High. Few tables and parking can suck if its busy. Tried the Super Taco de Carnitas(fried pork) mixto. Also had the viral Corundas, which is a plain tamal i broth topped with cream and queso fresco. Also tried the Birria Quesotaco, not a fan. Can get better birria elsewhere. Carnitas were good tho, a must try. Staff was nice, its counter order and pick up. Super casual and cozy.
